Fausto Herrera Coronado – Superintendent

Meet Our Team

Fausto has been with Ag Installers for over 9 years and has played a pivotal role in our ability to expand our construction and prefabricated building teams. Fausto has a true passion for construction and takes pride in seeing a project go from a concrete floor to a complete building in only a few short months. In his current role as Superintendent, Fausto oversees daily operations, safety, and quality on the job site. His experience allows him to provide a detailed 3-week look ahead to our customers so that they always know where we are in terms of project completion.

When asked what he enjoyed most about working at Ag Installers, he says it’s the people. “The values and commitment that the people who work in this company transmit make you feel like you have someone you can trust”

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Here are some ways he brings value to our clients:

  • Project Management – He has extensive experience managing projects, including high-pressure projects involving things that are out of our control. He strives to work hard to finish projects on time and on budget.

  • Steel Erection – He spent 2 years in Michigan, on an H2B visa, training specifically on Steel Erection. This opportunity really allowed him to grow with the company and offer something that Ag Installers was not previously able to offer our clients.

  • General Construction – He specializes in building projects from the ground up, from concrete slabs to fully built barns.

  • Risk Management – Identifying and mitigating risks is a big part of keeping projects on track. He is able to anticipate where our potential problems can stem from, and take preventative measures to ensure the project stays on track.

Outside of work, Fausto enjoys spending as much time as possible with his children. Recently, the family was able to spend some time visiting the area near his current project. “One of the things we enjoyed the most together was visiting some rivers and lakes. They love swimming, and we had an unforgettable time.”
