Jair has been with Ag Installers for 2 years. As a Project Manager, he focuses on supporting the field teams and Superintendents to ensure project success. Jair secures the necessary resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

He also enjoys listening to podcasts about Formula 1, professional growth, and life stories, and since joining Ag Installers, he’s taken up reading and listening to audiobooks.
